Events terms and conditions

T&C for 2019 conference:

  • Booking confirmation - Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you within three working days of your booking form being received by NPSS.
  • Please do not send payment when booking; you will need to provide a PO number or confirm payment method before the conference date.  Invoices will be raised within 6 weeks of the conference date.
  • Cancellations - Once a booking has been confirmed, you will be able to cancel free until and including 1 May 2019. Cancellations after this date will incur the full delegate booking fee. Substitutions are acceptable.
  • Conference cancelled by us - In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel the conference.  In this case, we will return any payments made. We will not refund any other costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
  • The details you provide us as part of making this booking will be stored on our database. We will use this data for the purposes of processing your booking and to contact you in the future with information about other NPSS events and products that may be of interest to you. By ticking the T&Cs box, you are confirming your consent to us contacting you in the future.
  • We make a full attendee list available as part of the handbook circulated amongst delegates. This list will include your name and that of your employer/organisation. By ticking the T&Cs, box you are confirming your consent to your name appearing on the list.
  • There will also be a photographer at the conference who will be taking photographs throughout the two days; we may use the photographs from the conference for the marketing of NPSS services products, including our website.  By ticking the T&Cs box, you are confirming your consent to your photograph being taken.
  • Copyright - The copyright of all training materials and tools rests with NPSS.

 

T&C for NPSS training courses:

  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you within three working days of your booking form being received by NPSS.
  • Payment: Please do not send payment when booking; you will be invoiced on receipt of your completed delegate booking form(s).
  • Cancellations: Once a booking has been confirmed, there will be an administration charge of £50 per delegate for cancellation. If a delegate cancels their attendance within 5 working days of the course taking place, the full delegate fee will be charged. Substitutions are acceptable.
  • Courses cancelled by us: In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel a course. In this case, a transfer will be offered, or we will return any payments made. We will not refund any other costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
  • The details you provide us as part of making this booking will be stored on our database. We will use this data for the purposes of processing your booking, and to contact you in the future with information about other NPSS services and events that may be of interest to you.  By ticking the T&Cs box, you are confirming your consent to us contacting you in the future.

  • Social media, such as Twitter, will be used during the training event; we may also take photographs of the event to use for the marketing and promotion of NPSS products and services.  By ticking the T&Cs box, you are confirming your consent to your photograph being taken and used for marketing purposes.
